2014.


  • Company founded

2023 -


  • SiC Inspection Equipment Development : Korea, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy
  • Ordered micro-LED inspection equipment

2024 -


  • Second generation Raman spectrometer launched
  • Conducted a project to strengthen the technological competitiveness of domestic research equipment
  • Acquire micro-LED 2nd generation inspection technology (Epi to CoW)
